As Fred became busier he realized there was an opportunity out there for him to start his own business. With the help of his wife Vira, and his son Brian, Frelco Enterprises was born in 1995. Fred would begin utilizing the skills he learned over the past 40 years to help embrace his customers and keep them coming back.
